Our Yoga Day Retreats are designed to give you a little extra time to really relax and treat yourself to some yogic self care. It doesn’t mater if you are new to yoga or have more experience as we make sure everyone is included and able to join in on everything that we do.
We will start the day off with a general Hatha Yoga class comprising of sitting quietly, gentle movements to loosen up and prepare the body followed by breath and yoga practices that will get your ready for a nice relaxation. After a vegan lunch all provided (please tell us if you have any food intolerances) we will go into some less practiced aspects of yoga to give you the opportunity to access a revitalising sense of peace often using sound or kris. By the end of the day you would expect to experience deep relaxation.
